1月13日之後就没時間上網更新文章. 因為當天要陪老爸進醫院開刀, 接受換兩邊大腿髋關節手術; 陪了他住院六天. 這次的開刀經驗以後有時間再敘述.

去年底在煩惱該如何處理不要的書, GOOGLE了一下找到"BOOKCROSSING"這個新奇的網站: http://www.bookcrossing.com/

此網站全世界130個國家有80幾萬注册成員. 它的宗旨是將整個世界變成一個圖書館, 手上有一本好書(或是書架上塵封的書籍), 只要到這個網站為書登記一個編號(free), 就可以將此書"放生"(release into the wild), 有缘人撿到帶回家後也可以根據封面内面的指示上網登記, 算是告訴此書的原有主人這本書找到了新家.

我上星期在YMCA更衣室留下了Wilbur Smith的"RIVER GOD". 反正我知道不會再重看, 放著也是占位子, 不如玩玩這個social experiment!
