高雄市在旗津沙灘正舉辦「黑沙玩藝節」，國內外沙雕藝術工作者，在沙灘展現他們的作品，不過，現在「尼伯特」颱風來襲，一座座的沙雕，正噴上環保膠定型，避免颱風的大風大雨侵襲裂縫，把沙雕解體。
