雖然從寶X跳到康X證還沒一年 我心裡仍存有一絲跳往外資的想法 尋求更大平台的機會
近幾個月 真的有外資機會找我洽談 但外資徵才程序有夠冗長 過關斬將像極在選秀 我也被這種流程
搞的有點壓力 而漸失熱度
在衡量現況、吸引度以及我和現在準備從麥X里回鍋的老闆合作多時的優良默契
昈天寫了一封信 向近期與我洽談跳槽的英國巴X來投資銀行主管道歉 決定不打算異動
也間接取消還得跟另一位老外主管見面的機會
話說 三月開始 一家日商野X證就找我談了好幾次 但因為當初找我的主管突然跳槽 野X之事暫擱
今年英國投資銀行巴X來 準備在亞太佈署科技分析線重兵 重金挖了幾位分析主管
base雖在香港總部 但在台北有據點 在一些際遇下 我幸運的被看重
而巴X來對我有興趣的科技主管 己經從香港與我聯絡多次 更安排我與另一位香港總部的亞太區主管面談
據聞上回他來台北面見的人被他打槍 好像過了他這關 基本上就沒什麼問題
很幸運的 我在與這位講話連珠帶炮、濃郁歐洲腔的外果人見後。。
找我的那位科技主管 寫了信來：
I heard the meeting went well, and hopefully you had a chance to learn more about Bxxxx. I think they will call you back to arrange more interviews, and hopefully you can learn more thru meeting more Bxxxxxxx people.
I am in HK till Sun night, then will fly to US for 2 weeks. Do please feel free to call me before I leave HK if you have any questions (I am always reachable via email).

雖然我也挺想去鍍個金 幾年後或許有機會成為年薪四五十萬美金，甚至百萬的分析師 但沒那麼爽啦! 我覺得現在生活風格也不賴 待遇也優 時間空間的分配下 跳槽的職級與我的計劃有些差異 我還沒等香港那頭打給我 我就寫了封信給這位主管
Dear xxxx,
I am really lucky to know you. I talked to xxxxx around 40~45mins, but feeling that my oral interview not only doing barely satisfactory but also failing to share my point of view clearly.
I set a "pros and cons" table to check my career path. I still appreciated you to give me the opportunities to learn more about Bxxxxx. I really learn many during this process. Moreover, I also knew about how to train myself to point out clear views, and use punch terms to our clients.
Some parts of my concerns
1. After interviews, I am afraid that my personal networks and analysis skills probably cannot help you and to be a good research associate.
2. Big house can give me broader views and more working experience, but after comparing with current position and other potential salary package, working style, potential bonus, and most importantly, I am going to be a rookie father. That is what I concerns most to have a stable working status. I know you are really good to me. I truely appreciate, but currently I choose to stay in Xxxx hedge fund team.
