To work as a sales support for the business in Taiwan
? ERP system‘s key user
? Support day-to-day biz. & support sales in project quotations
? Place orders to the factory
Key responsibilities
? Giving technical support to customers
? Training customers
? Preparing quotations, update in system
? Handling technical clarifications w/ customers
? Inputting claims/etc to system
? Carrying out ERP key-user responsibility
? Assist to prepare documents for project offer & filing
? Preparing documents, tools for Seminar/Exhibition
? Create & updates orders details records for ref.
? Follow up for order status information from factory
? Follow up day-to-day and project documents
? Contact factory in system related issues
? Provide HR & Admin Support when required
