你的聲音隨著夜色加深而變得更深沉，

沿著整個山谷，水流不舍晝夜，

I walked with one I loved two and thirty years ago.

三十二年前我與我所愛的人一同走過。

沿著整個山谷，當我今天走過其間，

The two and thirty years were a mist that rolls away;

三十二年彷彿一陣霧翻逝無蹤；
