“Beautiful Park with Ocean and Mountain Views”


This is a great family park with lots of facilities. Fish and Chip shop,

 Band Shell, Boathouse restaurant, Kayaking,

 Forest walks. Kids water Park, Outdoor Pool,

 Boating and Pier.

 Nothing left to say just great!!

Rocky Point park is, without a doubt, the hub of outdoor celebrations and recreation in Port Moody.
 It has large fields for picnic, a covered band stand for concerts, an outdoor swimming pool, 
water park, skateboard park,
 playground, a public boat launch that can handle all sizes of boats
 and a wharf that extends into the end of Burrard Inlet.

Did I mention the amazing scenery, 
wildlife that frequent the estuary and the trail that extends
 around the entire end of the Inlet?
 Combine that with restaurants and eateries like the Boathouse Restaurant, 
Pajos Restaurant (famous for their fish and chips)
 and the Rocky Point Ice Cream store 
and you have the makings of a leisure destination. 
Enough can not be said of this jewel in Port Moody!


 The trails leading up to the actual park are visually stunning to walk through
 (especially in at winter).
 And the varieties of events/activities that take place here is amazing like
 The Penguin Plunge, and Kayaking/boating.
