Cholocate truffle cheesepie 巧克力起司派

Crust :

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg york
1t vanilla

mix the ingredients together until small crumbes, take 1/3 press ono the bottom of the pan, fill the side with other 2/3
Bake 205c or 400f for 6 mins

(I use margine, 1 cup of flour is not enough, i use 1 1/2cup)


Fillings:
90g unsweetened chocolate
1 package cream cheese
1 large egg
1/3 cup sugar
12g Amaretto liqueur (dont have one,use rum instead)
40g whipping cream

Beat cream cheese until its fluffy, beat in sugar and egg, stir until well in corporated. Stir samll amout of melt chocolate, stir in liqueur, and whipping cream, and stir well.

Parepare a drainer !!!!!! Pour the filling over the drainer in to the pie shell. 350f 175c oven bake for about 25 mins (didnt use drainer at first and there are lots of small chunks of cream cheese and since its dark, its very obvious to see ... bake for 30 min and overbake it :(
