我希望能7點左右到鳳凰城。路上的車子越來越多，這時候大約是下午2:30左右。喜歡開慢車的人也越來越多，我做了生平最不願意也做不會做的事情，超車。我不斷地超車，有機會我就超車。終於前方開始出現像城市一樣的景觀。
I think I can get to Phoenix by the clock strike 19. More and more cars get on highway. For making up some distance, I have to pass some slower drivers. Normally I would just wait until the drivers realize their speed is way below limited. After lots turn and ups and downs, I start to see some houses along the road. Gradually some urban landscape appeared, but beyond the sky line, it is still desert.

接近鳳凰城之後，學生們開始尋找象徵文明的肯德基和麥當勞。甚至開始因為認出路旁的英文字而開始尖叫。雖然她們以經21歲了，卻表現出像個14-15歲的小女孩。她們很喜歡裝可愛，裝無知。
Girls are looking for KFC or McDonald as a civilized sign. They even try very hard to study whenever the English shows up, once they discovered they knew the word, they laugh dearly. They are 21 years old, but sometimes I think they are only 14 or 15 years old.
